The resort is 3km from the popular beaches of Grotticelle and 12km from the medieval picturesque town of Tropea which is the favourite tourist destination in Calabria. Within a 30 minutes drive you will find the modern shopping mall of the Vibo Center which starkly contrasts with the centuries old mountain villages, some of which you will find just a few kilometres from the coast.

Being located on an elevated site the apartment has a stunning 270 degree panoramic view of Monte Poro, the south west coast of Calabria, Sicily, the Aeolian islands and the headlands of Santa Maria and Capo Vaticano behind the headland you will find the volcanic island of Stromboli. When inside the gated resort steps take you up to the 1st floor top apartment of a 2 storey building of 4 properties. and leads you to the covered balcony.

The apartment of approximately 55 m2 in area has a central a/c unit and comprises of an open plan lounge, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms and an inner hall. The kitchen is fully equipped with gas hob, electric oven, fridge freezer, microwave, cutlery, glasses, crockery and cooking pans and utensils. The dining table and 4 chairs can seat 6 persons. There is a large 4 door sideboard which houses cooking pans, books some DVDs and indoor board games etc. On top of the sideboard you'll find a flat screen TV, DVD player, mini hifi, and a table lamp. There is also a two seat settee in the lounge area. Wifi has been installed in the apartment.

The main bedroom has a large King size double bed, a double and single wardrobe (with lockable cupboards above), a dressing table with mirror and drawers, 2 bedside cabinets, a valet and a floor fan. You will find a collapsible baby cot and high chair available. The 2nd bedroom has two single beds, double wardrobe with drawers and a single bedside cabinet, valet and floor fan. The bathroom has a shower, wash hand basin, bidet, toilet and an automatic washing machine.  The inner hall has a built in tall lockable cupboard where you will find laundry drier, stepladder, brushes etc, floor mop, a vacuum cleaner, hair drier, UV fly catcher. Above this cupboard is another large shelved store which can be locked.

Immediately outside the living accommodation you will find a large private covered balcony (22 m2) where you will find patio furniture comprising a 6 seat dining table, 6 chairs, a sun lounger and a chair lounger, There is a gas bbq with fish holders, bbq utensils, apron, gloves and a cleaning brush. The balcony is ideal for al fresco dining. The balcony has a secure gate ensuring that the balcony area is safe for young children.

The steps from the apartment lead to the communal grounds of about a hectacre in size. It comprises an orchard of mainly olive trees but also has lemon, orange, mulberry, fig and apricot trees and there is also a vegetable garden. There are a number of banana, palm trees and shrubs planted in the garden as well as grassed areas adjacent to the pool area. The communal pool of 20x10m has a separate child's pool and a jacuzzi and has a number of sun loungers available for use. Adjacent to the pool there is a large gazebo used for shade with table, chairs and a communal charcoal barbecue and on the other side of the pool a beach volley ball court. There is adequate parking for all some immediately behind the apartments as well as more parking adjacent to the volley ball court.
