Outside there is a large separate garage about 20 metres away from the house. This is on three levels giving plenty of work space, car storage and other storage.
Additionally there is a large open area for parking and turning. There are gardens front and rear with the paddock/orchard to the side of the house. They have been designed to encourage wildlife, especially birds and bees.There is also a covered well which provides water all year and has been tested as drinkable.
The river Soulles runs around the boundary to the back garden and paddock. It is mainly a trout river but also has a use for salmon fry coming up the river.
The paddock/orchard has apple, plum and fig trees. Paths are cut in and around all green areas to encourage all wildlife.
