TITLE: We recommend that you try to make your title as eye-catching as possible, capturing the essentials of your property (e.g. "Beautiful three-bedroom Tuscan villa with swimming pool and parking for two cars"). Alongside the lead photograph, the title is the most visible part of your listing, so make it count!

DESCRIPTION: It might serve you well to have a description for your property pre-prepared, so you can copy/paste it into our system quickly and easily. The description should probably start with another eye-catching sentence (e.g. "Picturesque chalet close to Chamonix with jacuzzi, three beds, balcony") because again, this is part of your property's first impression. We also recommend that the main section of your property description be as clearly structured as you can make it so it's easier for potential buyers to read. Consider having two separate sections for what is on the ground floor and first floor, for instance, and separate descriptions for the property and for its surrounding area.
