The house has a new wi-fi gas boiler installed (2 years). The house has mains electrics, water and a gas tank tucked away in the top corner level of the garden.

We have loved the house and area, a perfect place for holidaying with peace and to recharge your batteries.

Although on a road there is a track off which on walking down you can step into the countryside. Unfortunately, on having the diagnostic tests to sell these showed dry rot.

We have had a treatment company in to do this work but have had to stop due to personal reasons. The work up to this point has involved taking areas of wall and ceilings to the bricks to expose the dry rot.

Therefore, I will attach a few photos of how the house was and how it is now.

The bathroom comprising of the bath with overhead shower, basin and toilet are currently disconnected but are all there to reconnect.
